At my peak weight, I reached 250 pounds. Through mindful eating habits, I managed to shed 50 pounds, bringing me down to 200. The pivotal moment came with my divorce and return home. Realizing the need for self-love and improvement, I prioritized my health. Committing to five days a week at the gym, even if it meant just a 20-minute walk, became my routine. Embracing a high-protein diet and structured weight training regimen, I successfully shed 100 pounds.
